| Aircraft nose wheel manoeuver technology has played a crucial contributor in ground manoeuver.Nose wheel steering manoeuver system is also a key proportion of landing gear design.With the development of the electro-mechanical technique,the electric mechanism can replace the original mechanical hydraulic mechanism,so the foreign researchers put forward the concept of all-electric landing gear and the research validation has been done.The all-electric steering mechanism can meet the requirements of large turning angle and torque.In addition,all-electric steering mechanism has the advantages of simple structure,light weight,high reliability and can greatly improve the performance for aircraft manoeuver.Therefore,facing the geometric growth of the UAV market,all-electric steering technique has a broad market demand.Researching on a certain type of UAV,this paper designs a new type of all-electric landing gear steering mechanism and corresponding electromagnetic damper.The detailed design of all-electric steering mechanism and electromagnetic damper is completed.This paper analyzed the structure of electromagnetic damper,deduced the damping moment and discussed the magnetic field distribution law by Ansoft-Maxwell.Secondly,the mathematical model of DC motor speed regulation system was established,all-electric steering system was also build in LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim and then completed the function validation for steering manoeuver and shimmy.Finally,based on the LMS Imagine.motion Lab platform,the shimmy dynamics simulation of all-electric nose wheel landing gear was studied and the shimmy stability region and critical damping coefficient for anti-shimmy design were gotten.Through the research work of this paper,some valuable experience was pro vided for all-electric steering mechanism and electromagnetic damper design and laid the foundation for further optimization design and experimental work. |
