| Aircraft wheel shimmy is a type of harmful self-excited vibration,In order to prevent this unfavourable wheel shimmy,oil damper are generally used in modern aircraft. With the violent development and a wide range of application in automatic control technology, new liquid materials are widely used, MR Damper which can be adjusted output damping force has gradually been applied in the automobile industry, it’s also a great use of space in the suppression of aircraft shimmy. In this paper, based on magnetorheological shimmy Damper which is design for a specified light aircraft,it discusses fuzzy PID control algorithm of semi-active control, makes software programming layout and hardware circuit design for magneto rheological shimmy damper control system. Finally, control system can output continuous and adjustable current, and has good tracking characteristic,The main contributions are as follows:The first is dynamic model:According to the relevant theoretical based on MR rheological mechanism, a semi-active controlling method of a nonlinear dynamic model of the aircraft landing gear was established. Using Matlab/Simulink, correctness of the model is verified.The second is a control algorithm:Fuzzy PID control algorithm has been designed, make it use in the simulation models, It can adjusted the output damping force of magneto rheological(MR) shimmy damper by controlling the size of electric current which flows through the internal magnetic coil. Therefore, it can reduce the swing of the wheels and the semi-active control was realized. The simulation results test and verify that this semi-active control algorithm is more excellent than the traditional passive control, and has good effect of diminishing oscillationThe third is Control system:The design and implement of the airplane landing gear of MR shimmy damper automatic control system, mainly including the design of hardware controlling circuit and the design of software programming. Hardware circuit design is based on the chip TMS320F28335 which produced by the company of TexasInstruments, it completed the collection, processing and output of the signal. The main part of the software program including algorithms software, filtering procedures and so on. After a series of debugging,eventually realizing the output current regulation and controlling of the magnetorheological shimmy damper.The last one is experiment:Develop appropriate test program according to theexperimental station experimental conditions, testing the performance and control effect of MR shimmy damper control system, the testing results reflect that this control system has some applicability. |
