Indoor spray cooling technology is a new form of environment regulation technology based on the principle of direct evaporative cooling.It has the advantages of simple structure,low initial investment,energy conservation and environmental protection.However,limited by the scale of dropping in temperature and ambient humidity demands,in the indoor environmental regulation,the popularization and application of spray evaporative cooling technology has not been widely used.This paper is mainly concerned on the regulation effect of spray evaporative cooling on the indoor environment,and the following exploration are conducted.First,in convective thermal environment,droplet evaporation mathematical model that applicable to the spray evaporation is established,and the evaporation time of a single liquid droplet in the convective thermal environment is calculated by programming.And thus,this paper can acquire the law of the effect of the air temperature,relative humidity,relative motion velocity on droplet's life.Second,the spray control room model was established to simulate the spray control room' s temperature and humidity distribution,analyse the influence of the regulation effect of the spray source parameters(droplet size,water mist flow rate,spraying flow)?ventilation parameter(air temperature,relative humidity,wind speed)on the indoor environment,and acquire the law of the control effect of the spray evaporative cooling on the indoor environment.Third,the paper conduct a forcast research on the effect of the application of the evaporative spray cooling technology in large henhouses,and get the law of the effect of the spray coefficient,ventilation rate,air temperature and relative humidity on the henhouse's temperature and humidity distribution.The results show that the spray coefficient increases 0.3‰ every time,the henhouse's temperature will drop 1 k,and the relative humidity will increase about 5%;The rate of ventilation has a great influence on the temperature and humidity's distribution uniformity.In the meteorological conditions of spray,vent temperature and relative humidity has little effect on the temperature's drop and humidification in the henhouse,but it has a great influence on the temperature and humidity.Meanwhile,we can acquire the calculation formula of ventilation rate,which is based on the vent temperature and humidity.And this provides a identifiable ground for the henhouse's spray cooling system's design and application.Finally,this paper analyses the dynamic effect of the outdoor temperature and humidity' s fluctuation on the spray regulating henhouse's environment.For the Tianjin area summer's typical day,the spray can make henhouse's temperature drop 3-6k,and the relative humidity can increase about 19% to 28%.The result shows that the spray cooling can meet the basic demands of environmental regulation in the henhouse.
