The reliability of automotive electrical appliances directly affect on the quality and performance of the vehicle.Therefore,in the industry of automotive electrical appliances the testing and study of the detection methods are very important.Automobile flash relay is one of the important electronic components that related to vehicle driving safety,which is mainly used for vehicle turning indicator,alarm and fault display,etc.The electric life test of flash relay is an important component of the reliability test,which is an important means of obtaining electrical life performance indexes and evaluating product reliability.At the present,the types and quantities of the existing automotive flasher relay electric life testing devices are less.And the existing flash relay electric life testing equipment mostly existed in complex operation,high production cost.On the other hand,there is a big deviation measured data.At the same time,existing equipment life testing using the light bulb as the load,flasher relay continuously motion,continuously flash,which makes operators in harsh operating environments,not conducive to test operations.Based on the analysis of related research status at home and abroad,on the basis of the combination flasher relay electric life testing of national standards,according to the flasher relay structure and fault characteristics,puts forward setting flasher relay such as contact voltage fall,open circuit voltage,frequency,electrified time rate and starting time parameters failure threshold.To monitor the quality of these parameters in real time,to determine flasher relay electric life testing method.The failure analysis is carried according to test results and flash relay internal structure principle.In order to reduce the light pollution,we improve testing process and the reliability of the test equipment itself.In the promotion,on the basis the further studying characteristics of light load,design of the different voltage grade and current specification lamp load resistance capacitance simulation.The load can simulate the 12 V,24 V,48 V whole series of light load characteristic.In hardware,the device uses industrial computer as the core.The PCL-818 HG acquisition card is used for relevant parameter acquisition.The I/O control unit module is driven by Advantech PCL-720+.In software,it develops manipulative software system using modular design idea based on Labview.The brief and simple man-machine interface allows users to operate conveniently.The test device system is powerful,accurate,general,flexible and stable.Besides,the electric life testing on JQ501 E flash relay is also conducted by using the device.The failure analysis is carried according to test results and flash relay internal structure principle.It provides reference opinions for further product design and improvingproduct reliability by combining the electric life test results with failure analysis,which has high application value.
