The embedded steel bars technology is a post-installed anchorage technology widely used in engineering. This paper has produced three different overlapping length reinforced concrete beams using the embedded steel bars technology, doing the static load test to analyze the working performance of embedded steel bars in complex stress state. The test results show that, increase the length of embedded steel bars can effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the beams. The embedded steel bar ends undertaken the least stress under the same load, the greater the distance from the tip,the greater the stress on the steel bar.In order to give full play to the strength of steel bar,the beam should be implanted in a certain overlapping length.Only the beam implanted overlapping length of 25d(d for the diameter of embedded steel bars)occur the appropriate reinforcement beam damage.Due to the test beam number is too few and the limitations of the test, establishing the beam models by ANSYS finite element software which are the same as the test, and the models are proved reliable.Newly establish six models of different overlapping length beams, applying the concentrated load, optimization analysis for the overlapping length of the beams. The analysis shows that, the force performance of the beams increased with increasing overlapping length when overlapping length less than 25 d,and no longer effected by overlapping length when overlapping length greater than 25 d.In order to solve the problem that anchorage failure of the embedded steel bar ends lead to the failure of the beams, the structure measures of the beams are researched.Move the stirrup which is closest to the embedded steel bar ends at the embedded steel bar ends, newly establish six improved models of different overlapping length reinforced concrete beams with embedded steel bars, and comparative analysis between the same overlapping length of original models and improved models. The analysis shows that, setting the stirrup at the embedded steel bar ends can effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity and ultimate deformability of the beams. The force performance of the improved models are no longer effected by overlapping length when overlapping length greater than 22d.
