With the development of economy in China, real estate contributed to the economy increase steadily. Its pillar position still can't be ignored even though affected by the national policy at the moment. Steel residential building has become one of the directions of our country's current residential construction progress and multi storey steel structure residential buildings become more and more popular in engineering circles under the encouragement of the domestic related policy. Most components of a steel structure are prefabricated that it has advantages in high efficiency, lightweight, high quality, recyclable, environmental protection,quick returns and so on so that it is easy to realize residential industrialization and can improve the amount of steel. Without considering the enhancement effect made by a concrete slab on steel beam rigidity in contemporary design specification for steel structure, it is uneconomical for structural design due to bearing capacity glut which results from smaller rigidity that lead the beam section size controlled by deformation.The small distance between steel girder and concrete floor system is put forward according to the characteristics of academician Ma Kejian cassette structure a new steel floor structure. Because of the floor beam spacing is small(2m), considering the floor elastic hollow concrete slab and steel beam block solid interaction effects, respectively on the floor deformation(the second limit state design) and bearing(the first kind of limit state design)using different mechanics model for analysis and design. Floor deformation calculation in introducing the concept of equivalent stiffness, combined with the traditional method for calculating deformation and focus on the floor deformation calculation of numerical analysis.In this paper, studying the enhancement effect made by a concrete slab on steel beam rigidity in the case that building floor made by cast-in-place concrete and clos-spaced steel beam by numerical simulation and make comparison with no slab. This thesis focuses on the following works:The first chapter makes a detailed description of the research background. This paper put forward the content by making a summary based on the domestic and foreign relevant specifications and previous research results.The second chapter on the steel stud mixed interface state analog processing, respectively,the plate model and corresponding to a plate model was used to simulate and analysis, has been in the elastic stage concrete plate on the plate stiffness contribution, for the establishment of small spacing steel beam concrete hollow floor model provides basic model by finite element software ANSYS14.0 and.The third chapter based on the second chapter of the stud steel mixing model and further study without studs and steel beams embedded solid model of the concrete hollow slab,respectively, corresponding to the plate model and plate model, the plate model and plate model comparison and analysis based on that of practical engineering structure the stress anddeformation performance of concrete slab, the contribution to the stiffness of the steel girder structure analysis, obtains the actual situation under the concrete slab of steel girder stiffness contribution.In the fourth chapter, based on the analysis of the second and the third chapter, vertical loading test of small scale spacing steel reinforced concrete hollow floors. Numerical simulation was carried out In plate model and plate model comparative analysis based on structure stress and deformation performance, concrete slab on girder floor stiffness contribution analysis.Chapter five studies with small spacing steel hollow concrete floor model analysis results,and I participate together to complete the experimental results were compared and analyzed.On the basis of structural mechanics, the calculation formula of the vertical displacement of steel beams considering the contribution of the cast-in-place concrete floor stiffness is put forward.The sixth chapter is the summary and Prospect of this paper.
