Study On Preventive Maintenance Decision And Post Evaluation Of Asphalt Pavement

Highway as social public assets,preventive maintenance technology is to improve the level of its assets and to achieve its preservation and value-added important technical means.Although preventive maintenance technology has been widely used in practice,decision-making is still relying on the comprehensive indicators of the road and the experience of engineers.So that it is difficult to accurately grasp the timing of preventive maintenance,delay the implementation of conservation.In this paper,by analyzing and classifying and discussing the characteristics of asphalt pavement disease,the local treatment of disease and early overall repair disease were put forward in the type of preventive maintenance disease,and the disease was analyzed separately.Based on the degree of disease and the time window,two kinds of conservation timing methods were put forward: based on the degree of disease,the time of local treatment of cracks and cracks,rutting and flatness were determined.Based on the time window,the fracture rate,rutting and the roughness of the three indicators of the specific implementation time,and according to the case study was verified.Based on the analysis of the life cycle cost,the scheme of the overall restoration measures of the asphalt pavement is analyzed by the equal life cycle analysis.On the basis of the analysis,the length of the life is 10 years and the number of measures during the period was three.At the same time,the post-evaluation analysis of the preventive maintenance effect is carried out,and the post-evaluation methods are discussed and selected,and post-evaluation is carried out in the aspects of the implementation effect of preventive maintenance,economic benefit,environment and social impact.This work will help to analyze the problems in the preventive maintenance process,summarize the experience of preventive maintenance,and provide reference and reference for future preventive maintenance work.
