| Along with the science, technology and our country bridge construction development swiftly, the rigid frame-continuous beam combination bridge obtains designer's favor by its unique merit, and is constructed widely in our county. This kind of bridge combine the merit of the continuous beam bridge and the continual rigid frame in a body: construction easily, the economical construction cost, the reasonable stress, driving comfortablely, the artistic contour and so on.But its construction process is complex, the 0~# block which had been constructed crack usually.So it is necessary to do the stress analysis research about 0* block continuously, in order to instruct design and construction.Taking the YouShui river bridge as the background project, according to the bridge construction progress, this paper makes the whole construction stage analysis using spatial finite element procedure Midas .The paper takes pier-Beam temporary solidifying, cantilever construction and structure system transformation as an emphasis to analyse their stress distribution,compares with the measured data contrasts.Then , according to the actual boundary condition, the paper founds the entity element 0~# block model of pier-Beam temporary solidifying and pier-Beam solidifying using spatial finite element procedure Ansys. Under node load and the gradient surface load, the paper obtains the normal stress and the principal stress of the most disadvantageous operating mode, and draws some important conclusions.This paper is able to instruct the design, the construction and the construction monitoring of the same type bridge,and has high project practical value. |
