With the development of economy and technology,the number of bridges and tunnels in themountain area in our country become larger and larger.And at the same time,traffic accidentsfollowed by this situation are more and more significant.What's more,the requirements of the engineering technology and security in the bridges and tunnels is becoming higher and higher.So,the operating environment safety analysis and improvement measure research about sections of bridges and tunnels is very important and necessary.In the first chapter,I analyze the operating environment safety analysis and improvement measure research about sections of bridges and tunnels at home and abroad.In the second chapter,in view of accident statistic in an hui province lu an highway bridges and tunnels,I analyze the accident characteristic in the integration of bridges and tunnels,as well as on the road of bridges and tunnels.And then,I analyze time distribution,climate distribution,species distribution and vehicle types of accidents.Then the driver characteristics,traffic conditions,road conditions and climate conditions were analyzed,and I obtain the main causes of traffic accidents collected.In the chapter three,in the way of Bayesian network,the Bayesian network security evaluation model and the Bayesian network topologies are established.And with the aid of Ge Ne I calculation software,then according to the division to the security classification of highway bridges and tunnels,I analyze several engineering examples in huai tong highway bridges and tunnels.And in this way,I know which bridge and tunnel is good,and which one needed maintained.In the end,according to the calculation results and experience the inventory of countermeasures are created.Due to the research level,the limitation of time and technical data and so on,this article has not been thorough research in many ways,and it need further research and development.
