| With the development of auto industry and technical improvement,The auto ownership is becoming more and more,the number of traffic accident also keeps increasing every year.Bus,as the main means of transportation,always causes large number of casualties during the auto accident as it take more passengers.The related data statistic analysis show that the bus rollover accident often causes the large shape deformation of super structure and the injury of passenger life safety,the death rate in rollover accident is six times than front and rear collision accident,so improving the strength of super structure,reducing the rate of death and injury during bus rollover accident is of great importance in the bus research and development.So,it is of great significance to make a research of coach super structure strength analysis and rollover safety,many countries also strengthen the test of super structure strength in regulation and certification.With the search of lot of literature and bus rollover safety regulation,the paper mainly makes the following research.Make a research of current status of oversea and domestic bus rollover and super structure strength.Introduce the software and method for CAE analysis.In the paper,one domestic model 6128 coach is the research object.The paper use CAE analysis to calculate the strength of super structure strength and simulate the deformation of vertical pillar and living space size.It also improve the roof frame,side wall pillar,waist beam and other weak links of the body structure.The calculation results of improved body structure show that the deformation of pillar reduced 56 mm after t he rollover.We manufacture the bus according to the structure after being improved and make the rollover test of the coach.It compares and analyzes the test results data after being optimized and simulation results to verify the validity or accuracy of finite element model.The results indicate that the finite element analysis of rollover test is same as the test results,CAE analysis can direct the product research and test,also it can fulfill the related regulation requirements.The paper prove the validity of computer rollover simulation analysis by the mutual validation of computer rollover test simulation analysis and real bus testing results.It can direct the coach design and body frame improvement.By the way of repeated calculation in short time,it achieve the purpose of reducing the process of prototype manufacturing and test and the research cost and help to pass the rollover certification test.The significance of the paper:1.Obtain the weak links by the bus rollover simulation analysis.2.Reduce the pillar deformation value in the rollover by the improvement.3.Pass the rollover test,fulfill related regulation requirements and verify the result after being impoved. |
