Research On Grader System With A Multi-load EFI Diesel Engine And Its Simulation

Motor grader is a kind of wheel traction machinery that mainly works with its moldboard,during the operation single-load pattern motor grader exists some common problems.When it works under lightload,power utilization rate of engine is not high,thus brings about surplus power and pooreconomical efficiency.When it works under heavy load,the tires will slip,wear seriously and low operation efficiency.In view of the problems in the operation process of the single-load pattern motor grader:To investigate the power distribution and gear classification of the overseas multi load pattern grader.Firstly,analyzed the kinematics and dynamics of the graders,and put forward from the load characteristics of diesel engine setting multi-load pattern,The multi-load pattern is set from the operation of the grader,different working processes in the same working condition and the different working conditions;Secondly,setting the multi-load patternl of the mechanical and analyzed the different load curve shape;Finally,using AMESim to patternl and simulating the multi-load EFI diesel;compared and analyzed the different load curve between dynamic performance,economic performance and operation performance of the grader;And study the maximum traction efficiency condition,analysis conditions under the conditions of operation research and performance simulation results of load conditions and the maximum power output limit;analysis and comparison of multi-load pattern and the single-load pattern grader operating conditions of different operating conditionsIn this paper,Three different multi-load pattern setting methods are proposed,The innovation method of EFI engine grader system based on simulation using AMESim,load curve shape setting pattern set of load pattern of other engineering machinery has certain reference significance.
