| With the development of new technology and the increasing requirement of motor grader, the performance evaluation of motor grader can not fully reflect the development of new technology. The paper analyzed the existing performance evaluation criteria and test methods of motor grader, put forward some suggestions for the existing evaluation index according to the characteristics of working condition of motor grader. Because motor grader performance evaluation tests cost high and have long cycle and bad repetition, the paper got some performance indicators of motor grader by modeling and simulation in order to reduce the test contents and test cycle.Firstly, according to the characteristics of working condition, development of technology and existing evaluation index, the paper analyzed the performance index of power, economy and operational capabilities and put forward some suggestions for the existing evaluation index. Secondly, the paper completed the chassis and hydraulic system model of motor grader based on AMESim, calculated the indicators of power,economy and operational capability and obtained simulation results. Finally, through comparing the simulation results with the measured values, the error of dynamic,economic and operational simulation results are within engineering allowable error.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The model is useful and able to meet the requirement of engineering tests.The paper put forward some suggestions for the existing evaluation index of motor grader, which can more accurately reflect the performance and promotes the development of the new technology. Based on AMESim, the chassis and hydraulic system of motor grader are modeled, This model can simulate the performance of motor grader, such as walking, acceleration, etc, which can get the performance indicators more efficiently without complex testing process and cost. |
