Traffic violations in the urban traffic operation is not uncommon.the intersection of urban road network as a cross-node,different kinds of traffic flow pool here,and it also is the traffic violations prone areas,in which the intersection of guiding lane line area illegal lane change is more common The direct consequence is mainly manifested in two aspects: one is the actual capacity of the losses and delays of the increase,easy to cause the intersection congestion,while producing a large number of exhaust emissions and noise pollution,reduce the quality of the living environment of the city;two is to increase the probability of traffic accidents,intersection traffic flow is complicated,illegal lane change is easy to cause the accident,directly causing property damage and casualties of traffic participants.The existing research in the city basic section of lane changing behavior and model deeply,however,there are few studies on the illegal lane change behavior in the intersection lane guide line area,and there is also lack of quantitative research on illegal lane change impact on traffic efficiency.This paper is supported by “the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities,"the impact and Countermeasures of anomie behavior on the safety and efficiency of urban traffic operation"(Natural Science,310821172007),the object on the illegal lane change behavior in the lane guide line area of the city signal intersection is studied,from the point of view of traffic efficiency,this paper focuses on the impact of illegal lane changing behavior on traffic efficiency.First,this paper classifies the lane change behavior of city road intersection,clearly define the signal intersection illegal lane change behavior,and the characteristics of illegal lane change behavior on the intersection of guiding lane line area are described.From the driver,the traffic environment,the demand of turn three aspects of the signal intersection at the illegal road behavior,and analysing and selecting of traffic efficiency impact indicators.Then,based on the above theoretical research,this paper analyzes the lane change process capacity loss mechanism and illegal road signal intersection delay formation mechanism.Combining the classical signal intersection capacity algorithm and the driving delay algorithm,construction of illegal lane change case of signal intersection capacity reduction coefficient calculation model and the signal intersection traffic delay analysis of the model,providing theoretical support for quantifying the influence of the illegal lane on the signal intersection.Finally,select the Xi’an City Xiaozhai intersection and Fuzhou City Hudong road and 54 Road intersection as example,using the field investigation to obtain the intersection of basic parameters and traffic flow parameters of the VISSIM simulation model was established and the corresponding,with illegal lane change of signalized intersection capacity reduction coefficient calculation model,simulation data analysis the intersection simulation to get the illegal lane change rate corresponds to the capacity reduction coefficient and average traffic delay,verify the feasibility of the two models established in this paper.
