Building energy consumption accounted for 60% of total Chinese social energy consumption,more than half of proportion.And in building energy consumption,HVAC energy consumption accounted for 50%.On the basis of reasonable design,operation control strategy has a great impact on large-scale centralized air conditioning,especially VAV air conditioning system.For the static pressure control strategy,two points are very important: one is the location of static pressure sensor,the second is the choice of the optimal valve field.In the traditional control strategy,the relative position of the static pressure sensor does not have a specific concept.The choices of the optimal valve position are same in different systems.Few studies are based on the structure of the system to determine the location and correct the valve position area.Therefore,this paper uses the variable air volume variable static air conditioning system as the research object,through the experiment to understand the system structure then to determine the control strategy.Based on the experimental data,running simulation software and compare the results to find the optimal control strategy.Provide effective reference for practical projects.Firstly,the principle of VAV air conditioning and the mainstream control strategy are introduced.The general situation of the experimental platform is introduced,and a series of detailed experiments are carried out on the static pressure characteristics of the system.The characteristics of static pressure characteristics of the pipes are determined by the characteristics of the valve which paves the way for proposal of static pressure strategy and the optimal valve position later.Then,the TRNSYS simulation software is introduced and the mathematical model of each part of the system is given,and a complete variable air volume air conditioning system is established.At last,operate the static pressure system with different strategies under same experimental conditions,and compare the energy consumption of each part.The results show that under the same conditions,the control strategy which setting the static pressure sensor when the distance from the outlet of the fan is about 1/3 of the main length of the air supply pipe costs the least.The maximum number of valves reaches the optimal valve position,and temperature changes more moderate,which is the most superior control strategy.When the terminal valve has the parabolic characteristics,the optimal valve position is 70% to 90%.Through the study of this experiment and the simulation process,we can provide reference and reference for the control strategy of the variable air volume static pressure system in practical engineering.
