The main content of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of static or dynamic and the flow field characteristics of the replenishing valve which in the full hydraulic brake system.By changing the parameters conveniently,analyzing the configuration parameters and response characteristics of replenishing valve,which influences the filling performance and response characteristics,and find the rules of which impact the supercharging characteristics,to provide a reference for improving the design and further theoretical analysis.(1)First of all,analyze the static characteristics of pilot valve,analysis of the structure parameters of pilot valve by using Matlab programming,to find out the factors that influence the lower pressure and limit pressure of replenishing valve,and their influence degree.Then analyze the dynamic characteristics of replenishing valve,establish the equilibrium equation and the state equation of the main valve,analysis of the main valve dynamic response by using the MATLAB four orders five steps Runge-Kutta-Felhberg based on variable step algorithm,to find out the factors affecting the characteristics of the main valve dynamic response.(2)When the replenishing valve works,simulation analysis of the flow modeling of shuttle valve open and semi open by using the Fluent software,contrast the velocity nephograms and pressure nephograms field of shuttle valve two kinds of working condition,find out the velocity change and the stress concentration point.It is concluded that the pressure distribution of the flow field of the shuttle valve is mainly concentrated in the inlet of the main valve,and the velocity is mainly in the upper part of the one-way valve core and the change of the valve core size.(3)When the main valve in the fully closed,slightly opens,semi opens or fully opens,modeling and simulation analysis of the main valve flow field by using the Fluent software of the four kinds of working state.When the main valve is fully closed,the high pressure and low pressure area in the flow field of the main valve core are concentrated at the intersection,which is prone to form the cavitations and gas etching.The main valve slightly opens,ajar or open completely,there are vortex phenomenon in the flow field,pressure are concentrated in the main spool side and easy axial offset The main valve with different opening,the valve pressure near the main spool and it is curved outwards gradually decreasing;the orifice of the flow field of AB pressure are concentrated in the first half,and the second half is wave;the stream in the flow process,the main valve fluid velocity in the opening throttle area is gradually decreasing from the center to the main valve the cavity wall.The main valve opening at different temperatures,the main valve flow velocity distribution on the plane of symmetry is basically the same;there are vortex phenomenon in the flow field,the vortex intensity is decreased;the pressure distribution on the plane of symmetry is also consistent with the increase of temperature,change the main valve flow inlet and outlet cavity pressure not all;did not affect the basic pressure and speed of temperature change on the main valve opening AB segment flow.
