| The process scheme making is the important link in the mechanical parts manufacturing,which has a great influence on quality and efficiency.Valve parts are the key parts of launch vehicle.The demanding for quality and production is becoming higher with the rapid development of aviation industry.At present,the unreasonable machines distribution leads to a serious unbalancing problem.The production capacity of the existing valve parts processing line can’t meet the increasing demand of production.Therefore,the balancing optimization of the valve parts processing line is necessary to improving the quality and efficiency.This thesis studied the optimization of valve parts processing line based on the optimization theory of assembly line balancing problem.A mathematic model was built by coding and translating the information of process and machines.A software is designed by the combined programming of VC++ and Matlab.The software framework was developed in the MFC environment.The translation and coding of the information on the process and machines was achieved by using the OLE/COM technique.The optimization algorithm based on the ant-algorithm was programmed with the use of combined programing of VC++ and Matlab.The post-processing module was designed to export the result of the solving module,which included the following function: analysis graph plotting of process arrangement before and after optimization,calculating of the main evaluation index and optimization information saving in EXCEL format.The 3D library of valve parts was built by Solidworks software and the simulation module was built in PlantSimulation software.The effectiveness of the valve parts product line optimization software was verified and the original and optimized process was compared and analyzed according to the result of the simulation module.The performance of valve parts optimization software was analyzed and evaluated through comparison of the result obtained from Lingo which is a nonlinear programming solving software.This valve parts process optimization software can simplify the modeling building and solution finding of the processing line balancing optimization mathematic model,which is proved to be capable of giving out a processing line balancing optimization scheme quickly.This software had a great effect on improving the efficiency and quality of the valve parts processing line. |
