As a common form of structure in recent years,composite structure will be taken seriously in future super high-rise and super long-pan buildings.The concrete filled stainless steel tube owns the advantage of composite structure as well as stainless steel.The concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridges assured of a place in the long-pan bridges,so the thesis takes these two composite structures to research.The stressing state analysis theory and method of structure are used to analyze the experimental data of the concrete filled stainless steel tube and concrete-filled steel tubular arch,which combined with ABAQUS reveal the working characteristics of them,then the method and formula to predict the failure load is purposed.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the basic concepts related to the stressing state analysis theory of structure were described in details which are used to analyze the experimental data of this new type of the concrete filled stainless steel tube.And the normalized approximate strain energy sums of the concrete filled stainless steel tube were used as the parameter of the structural stress state in the analysis.In addition,build stressing state’s mode which is based on strain energy to analysis the change of the stressing state at the failure point.Secondly,the paper analyze the curve of the normalized approximate strain energy sums based on the experimental data of concrete filled stainless steel tube and gets the feature point.At the point,there is obvious phenomenon,as the same time,there is significant change in the curve of Poisson’s ratio and the stressing state’s mode.Then the method to predict the failure load is pursed,the diameter of the tube and the loading mode is researched how to influence the failure load.Then,the finite element model of the concrete filled stainless steel tube were established by ABAQUS and the finite element results were compared with the experimental results from two aspects: the normalized approximate strain energy sums curve and load displacement curve,which verified the correctness of the finite element model.The influence of steel ratio,concrete strength and steel yielding strength on failure load was made,based on it,an empirical formula was put forward to study the relationship between the failure load and the characteristic parameter,and the correctness of empirical formula was verified by experimental data and simulation data.At last,an empirical formula was put forward to study the relationship between the failure load and the characteristic parameter of the concrete-filled steel tubular arch in the way as the concrete filled stainless steel.
