Li-Br absorption heat exchanger is a new type of large temperature difference of heat transfer system form,it is the application of the principle of absorption heat pump in heat exchange station,can make the local from low to high temperature of heat exchange unit to carry on the heat transfer,in order to increase a water side heat transfer temperature difference,implements a increases under the condition of invariable flow heat exchanger station always the purpose of the heat transfer.The unit can solve the current problems of hydraulic imbalance,inadequate transmission capacity and heat supply in the urban heat network.However,the application of the concept of the absorption heat transfer in heat exchanger station,the unit will face the new working conditions and operation factors of how the different variables change,guarantee the unit safe and stable operation,and control the safe hidden trouble of the unit is particularly important.The main purpose of this paper is aimed at Li-Br absorption heat exchange unit operation process analysis possible security problems,from the construction of a safe operation of the unit model,prevent crystallization,the equipment operation unit operation security level security,unit security operation adjustment strategy and so on four aspects of research,and guarantee the safe operation of the unit to adjust strategy is put forward.The safe operation model of the absorption heat transfer unit was built according to the energy conservation relation and the direction of the flow of energy in the heat transfer unit.This paper analyzes the parameters involved in the model,and then solves the safety running simulation of the construction.For heat exchange unit operation that may occur during the process of crystallization conditions,by using the built model to solve the relevant safety data,define the unit prevent crystallization of safety evaluation indexes,including the scope of deflated,crystallization degree of safety,dilute solution,the concentration of the concentrated solution safety allowance.Research in a water supply temperature changes,the secondary water flow,secondary flow distribution ratio,solution cycle amount,no non-condensable gas partial pressure conditions change,the changing rule of the various indicators,need to determine the safety of the unit to adjust index value adjustment.Analysis of heat exchange unit runtime bromide machine absorber and the change of liquid level in evaporator and its influence on the unit safe operation,puts forward the concept of safety operation level.According to build unit model,calculate the heat exchange unit under different operating conditions within the liquid level change rule,according to the structure of the unit,get the unit under the condition of safe operation of the liquid level range,get used to evaluate the safety of the unit operation level indicators.Through the analysis of the index value,the index value of the safety of the unit is determined.According to the crystallization of the prevention and security level security research,put forward adjusting strategy for two aspects of the problem,the solutions of a water flow regulating,flow adjustment,the secondary flow distribution ratio regulation three ways as a way to prevent security problems of main unit,the comprehensive comparison of the three regulation ways of regulating efficiency,determine the better regulation scheme under different conditions.The results of this paper can be used as a reference for the safety operation and control direction of the absorption heat exchanger.
