Research Of Gansu New Rural Construction Based On Architecture Phenomenology

China is a great agricultural country,the new rural construction bear the weight of people’s expectation and memory for their hometown.With the development of national economy and policies,leading to blind construction and formalism in the progress of new rural construction.However,new comprehensive buildings lost intrinsic function and authenticity,many persons cannot get enough spiritual solace,resulted more and more problems.Gansu province located upstream of the Yellow River in northwest China,which reside the convergence zone of Loess Plateau,Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and Inner Mongolia Plateau.There are extremely complex geographical and climate environment.Meanwhile,there also are very rich historical and cultural deposits.In recent years,the country constantly reinforce the policy to support rural construction in Gansu province.In our research subject,regarding the problems of new rural construction as starting point,we planed to build a new countryside which sould have the sence place,direction and loyalty.Wang Jia Mill as the case,researched and analyzed on the neglect of environment design,the lack of place spirit and the deviation of renovation in the construction of new countryside in Gansu,studied the design principles and space organization strategy of new rural construction in Gansu province based on the spirit of place and place,and put forward the design principles of focusing on space feeling,extending nostalgic memory,harmonious coexistence of new and old buildings,and respecting life and mode of production,analyzed from the aspect of village space organization,village functional area,road traffic space,design,the the village living space and outdoor environment,and summary the spatial organization strategy of Gansu new rural construction based on architectural phenomenology.Firstly,this article expounds the topic research background,goal,research significance,research content and research methods;and summarizes the theory and practice of architectural phenomenology and new rural construction.Secondly,analysis the influence factors of the environment of the new rural construction site in Gansu Province,then looking at the trend of its development,By analyzing the spatial structure of the new rural construction in Gansu province,this paper sums up the design principles and space organization strategy of new rural site regression.Finally,combination of Wangjia mill new rural plan,from the aspects ofmaintaining the natural and regional characteristics,creating the architectural situation and atmosphere,humanized traffic space and creating the characteristic new countryside,etc.then put forward some planning and design schemes.The combination of theory and practice,with a view to the future of new rural construction has certain guiding significance.
