Design Of Planning Geographic Information System In Yan’an City

Using the modern information acquisition means and methods for data modeling, the multi-source spatial attribute data and urban planning and construction of resources integration, the formation of "multi-source information comprehensive sharing of 3D Urban Planning Geographic information system, urban planning and construction and group after the designated management, provide important technical support and intellectual support, the scientific development of urban development strategy, effective to guide the city’s diversified development planning.This paper from the research on the key technology of urban and rural planning and management of information technology to the latest theory and development trend of a comprehensive and systematic exposition of the application method, after the demand analysis to the city planning guidance on the geographic information system GIS(Geographic Information System),analyzes issues related to spatial data processing, and in Yanan City three planning geographic information system construction as the basis, from the aspects of system development platform, spatial database, overall and detailed function design, according to the development process of geographic information system are analyzed, and the system test, and provide reference for the similar three-dimensional geographic information system construction planning.The main content of this paper is divided into the following several points:(1) for the "digital Yanan" as the basic platform, according to the Yanan municipalplanning system needs analysis, and the establishment of Yanan City Planning Geographic Information System to complete the design of database and application system.Project planning approval process management as the goal, starting from the spatial data type, organizational structure, input and edit, space analysis function and spatial database,the Yan’an city planning a three-dimensional geographic information system were overall system design, database design and system detailed design.(2) from the function of the system, the planning for the realization of some functions.Article in 3D urban planning system design as the basis, the realization of the planning of the related certificate application, examination and approval, playing card, data upload and other functions, service to "book two cards" examination and approval of the business,found for the data of the planning approval, sharing, release and use of "one-stop" planning approval government function provides reference value, provide space information support for the construction of the "digital Yan’an",break the traditional urban differences between industries and sectors of information barriers.
