| Because of the growing shortage of oil resources,constant rising of oil prices and the gradual enhancement of human environmental protection consciousness.Liquefied natural gas(LNG),as a low-carbon,clean and high-efficient fuel,is gradually becoming the main energy of the world.The construction of inland LNG filling stations and the operation of diesel-LNG dual fuel ships indicate that the LNG has been used in the inland waterway of our country.Small and medium sized LNG carrier is the most effective way to supply LNG to inland rivers.In particular,inland water transportation is very flourishing in our country,small and medium sized LNG carriers in inland river will have a widely prospect in application.LNG is a clean energy,but when it leakage in transportation process,may cause fire and explosion accidents,so risk analysis of small and medium sized LNG carrier in inland river is very important.In this paper,risk identification is the first of all,then risk analysis of filling process,analysis and evaluation of the collision performance of small and medium sized LNG carrier are carried out.In addition,the consequences simulation of LNG leakage accidents by PHAST software is also the event work.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)A brief introduction of the small and medium sized LNG carrier in inland river will be done,then talk about LNG filling methods and containment systems of LNG carrier.(2)The risk identification of the small and medium sized LNG carrier has been conducted.Soon after summarize the factors that cause LNG leakage and fire and explosion accidents,including LNG leakage factor,fire source generation factor,and failure factor of hedging measures.(3)Qualitative analysis of the fire and explosion accidents of the small and medium sized LNG carrier during filling process are carried out,including calculation of the minimum cut set,the minimum path set and the structural importance of the fault tree.According to the result of analysis,corresponding safety measures are put forward.(4)Collision accidents during transportation may cause LNG leakage.So typical inland navigation vessels are selected to study the collosion performance of the membrane LNG carrier using finite element analysis software ABAQUS,safety assessment of side structure also be evaluated.At last the limit speed of inland waterway vessels and strengtheningmeasures are given according to evaluation results,that can reduce the risk of leakage and ensure the safe transportation of LNG.(5)Using PHAST risk analysis software to analyse factors and rules of influencing the leakage of LNG in inland rivers.Based on the analysis,three kinds of accident conditions are set up and accident consequences are simulated by PHAST software. |
