With increasing of craft system's performance and complex of machinery inrecent period,it is important content and purser of ship fish management that master craft system's state and diagnose the fault and forecast latent fault in time.It's important developing direction that the high-speed ship with being miniaturization and intelligibility.Cabin as the core of the ship,the normal operation of the unit or not directly affect the status of the entire fishing vessel,in the cabin environment is relatively poor,and has high temperature,humidity,high noise and other harsh conditions,and most of the current fishing boats are still in the artificial Monitoring phase.Since every unit of the engine room including engine,host and other equipment are in the work situation during the running process,their working state and the parameter of the equipment is in a dynamic process and these parameter will show that if the equipment work normally.To obtain the running condition of the equipment in time and make the crew are access to the running condition,we need a monitoring system with high reliability,high real-time and low cost.When the equipment has problem,namely,the parameter of the operation is exceed the predetermined value,it will send out the alarm signal to warn the personnel on duty and show the screen of the host computer so that it can improve the ability of preventing failure and shorten the time to exclude and handle the problem.As a result,the development of the automatic detection of the engine room is imperative.This paper focuses on the key issues of the engine room equipment monitoring system for offshore fishing vessels,and focuses on the two parts of the data collection and monitoring of each module of the cabin.This article mainly completed the following work:1.Determine the monitoring object and content: According to the field investigation of BZW2 A tuna fishing boat cabin,the unit to be monitored by the system and the contents monitored in different units are determined.The system of monitoring the cabin units include: electric control system in the generators,diesel tanks;and auxiliary equipment cabin ventilator,light sea water pressure device,oil and water separator,auxiliary daily oil cabinet,all kinds of pumps,submarine valve box Etc.,as well as the contents of the monitoring of different units,Determine the monitoring object and content required monitoring information can be divided intobinary and analog two categories and the next step hardware design is determined according to the monitoring contents.2.Complete the overall design of the system: According to the required monitoring of the content,established the overall design ideas.1)The collection of the switching value : According to designing the hardware circuit,we can achieve the switch state of the monitored object,and send it into the SCM for monitoring in the form of low level.2)The collection of the analog signal: We can convert the analogue signal that output by sensor such as voltage and send it to the SCM for monitoring by designing the AD conversion circuit.3)After sending the switching value and analog signal to SCM,through the unit conversion,we send the signal to the LCD screen and then show on the host computer for monitoring.3.Complete the system hardware and software design:1)Hardware design: In the aspect of the hardware's design,we use the SCM AT89C52 as the master chip and collect every digital signal and analogue signal to for the data acquisition and supervision of the operation state of the every unit.First of all,we determine the hardware such as sensor,relay and other chip of the auxiliary module based on demand to finish the design of data acquisition circuits,display interface circuit,A/D inversion circuit,clock chip interface circuit and the big dipper modular circuit.2)Software design: In the aspect of the software's design,If we want to connect the hardware of the whole system according the general design of the system and choose of the hardware,we need to conduct program design for different hardware.The design of the main program is divided into system operation main program,A/D inversion program,the slave computer serial communication program,master computer communication program,LCD display program,DS1302 timer program and so on.This system chooses the model of serial communication which is more reliable and worth low cost,and send monitoring signal of from diesel oil room to the distant spot.On the design of the master monitoring software,we choose the software Lab VIEW developed by National Instruments to complete the design of the master computer's interface.It can decode the data that send from SCM through serial port,read the data acquisition of the system to different unit and display on the corresponding interface so that we can realize the function that constant display of all monitoring data.4.Complete the simulation of the system.1)Using Proteus to carry out the simulation of circuit design.After designing and connecting the hardware,write the software and simulate the system.Thesimulation results show that when the collected information changes,the system can alarm and the designed circuit can run normally and meet the expectation.2)Simulation of host computer based on Labview.Through the serial communication mode,the Beidou positioning and other monitoring information sent to the host computer to display,the simulation results show that the host computer Labview program in the relevant decoding program is correct,can be used normally.The output of the simulation mentioned above indicates that the research of the system helps to promote the work efficiency and the security factor,decrease the labor intensity and master the operation state of the system of the fishing vessels accurately and dynamically.It is of significance to strengthen the level of the automation of our fishing ship.This paper has given the outlook of the monitoring system of the fishing vessel in the end.
