The Design Research Of Technology Of Data Acquisition And Data Processing System Of Ship Power Station

The ship power station (SPS),which has strong impact on the economy,technology and vitality level,is the key of the ship power system.. The automation of SPS is the important tendency of the development of SPS and the symbol of advanced level of SPS. The automation of SPS plays a very important role in the ship automation. The continuity,reliability and quality of SPS supply have direct effect on the economy,technology and vitality level. In recent years,there are some important changes on SPS,such as rapid increase of the electricity implement with the capacity increase of SPS and single generator. The operation of SPS becomes great complication. With these changes,power centralize control is broadly applied in ships.On the base of SPS simulation laboratory build,this thesis investigates the technology of data acquisition and process of SPS,which is the basic part of SPS automation,and the basic part of ship centralize control as well. The paper discusses the physical constructure,work principle of,mathematics model,simulation system technology of SPS. and analyses them. At the same time,this paper introduces the common principle of data acquisition and process. On the ground of it,this paper gives the design scheme of data acquisition and process of SPS. Just as the following:First,the hardware design of data acquisition and process of SPS.It mainly includes the principle of hardware design of data acquisition and of SPS,such as distributing data acquisition,the acquisition technology of voltage,current,phase,frequency of generator and so on.Second,the software design of data acquisition and process of SPS. It mainly includes the program design of communication and interface which is based on Windows98,and the construction and function of data acquisition system software.On the base of system design,this paper investigates the data process technology,which includes the A/D conversion and data filter.At last,it analyzes the harm and elimination of harmony waves of SPS and puts forward the settlement ways.
