Due to the increasing depletion of marine resources,which marine ranching is booming all over the country,and the artificial fish reef technology is the core of the ocean ranch.Combination of artificial reef and wave energy device,artificial reefs become active equipment,which easy to increase the poly fish and the realization of the reef fish effect automation monitoring.Based on the analysis of artificial reefs and according to artificial fish reef should have anti overturning,anti sliding,anti sedimentation and other performance in the seabed,which the selection and optimization design of artificial reefs are carried out,the space shape and the anti-Size of artificial reefs is determined,and having carried on the comprehensive security performance check,and proving the design of the reef is reasonable.Using FLUENT and ANSYS software to analyze the flow field of reef in different direction,different flow velocity and distance,analysis of the upward and eddy currents.The flow field analysis and finite elementanalysis of the key components of the fish reef are carried out.In the analysis of the flow field of the reef,the two reefs are calculated as a whole,the velocity setting range is 0.3m/s ~ 0.8m/s,the horizontal combination and vertical combination are analyzed respectively.Horizontal combination in a certain distance,with the increase of the flow rate,the maximum flow rate,the height of the upward and the area of the upward area increase,and the flow rate has little effect on the eddy current area;in a certain flow rate,with the increase of the distance,the height of the flow and the flow area increase,with the increase of the distance,the eddy current area decreases,when vertical combination,with the increase of distance,the increase of the flow rate of the ascending current and the eddy current increases and then decreases,and the eddy current area increases,the eddy current area of the rear area of the reef is firstly increased and then decreased,and reached the maximum at 1.5L,with the increase of the distance,the height of the rising flow,the area of the rising flow and the area of the eddy current in the area of the back of the eddy current become firstly increased and then decreased,and reached the maximum at 1.5L.In the finite element analysis of the impeller,set the sea wave height were 2m?5m?10m,the boundary condition of 14m/s,9.9m/s and 6.3m/s as the initial velocity is calculated by the finite elementanalysis,analyze the pressure,deformation,strain,equivalent stress and safety factor of the impeller bear,after the analysis of the wave height in the set of factors for the initial speed of 14m/s 10 m,the impeller is affected by the maximum stress at this time,the calculated result is653.563 MPa.To calculate the safety factor,the result is 1.25,which is to meet the safety conditions of our country in the sea.The design of wave energy power generation device using the impeller transmuted the wave energy into electric energy,it consists of an impeller,an impeller sleeve,a ventilating connection frame,a power generating device and the like.The power generating device comprises a gear speed increasing device,a permanent magnet generator,a generator controller and a battery.The power generation device is composed of an impeller and an external water flow isolation to form a water zone through the impeller sleeve,when the water flow is flowing,the relative motion between the sleeve and the sleeve can drive the rotation of the impeller,impeller connecting gear speed increasing device,the mechanical energy can be converted into electrical energy through the coupling of the generator,through battery energy storage.Designed artificial reefs can be put into the coastal ocean pasture,as an active fish reef is easy to realize the automatic monitoring of marinepasture.The fish reef to be in the latter part of the similar to the PIV of the sink experiment or small-scale production into the coastal ocean pasture for verification.
