Analysis On Cost Management Of Project Construction

A substantial increase in the number of water conservancy engineering construction enterprises,bidding competition between companies is more acute.Therefore,to improve the level of project management,to make full use of social resources,to use information processing tools and to use advanced construction technology and other measures to reduce the project construction cost has become a construction enterprise of the effective methods to win in the competition.This paper,based on the example of the reconstruction of water supply pipeline project in xin'an spring,shanxi province,from set out actually,Analysis in the process of project construction,how to reduce the cost of project of fine management and increase the profit of the project.In the process of project management,this project was conducted early assessment and enacted assessment of project management measures to promote the project manager to reduce the project cost on the premise of project planning.Effective used social resources and computer management software to improve economic benefit and efficiency of the project,and optimized construction scheme with the help of abundant theoretical knowledge and practical experience to minimize the project cost.To promote the construction enterprise obtaining more competitive advantage in the competition and achieving its rapid development,this paper analyzed the construction enterprise how to reduce the cost,the principle of specific practices and implementation to increase profit in the process of project construction.Experience and research results are summarized in the process of project cost management through optimizing the resource allocation,promoting risk control ability,improving technological,using project management and standardized management and so on methods,providing a reference for similar projects of advice.
