Compared with other stone mining and processing methods,the diamond wire sawing processing technology has a series of advantages with high cutting efficiency,high resource utilization rate,good cutting quality,little environmental pollution,simple equipment,low labor costs and so on.It is widely used in all kinds of mine stones mining and the machining of stone products.At the same time,it is also widely used in the demolition of large reinforced concrete buildings,the repair of undersea component and nuclear power plant maintenance work.The domestic and foreign scholars have done lots of research on the cutting efficiency,cutting parameters,sawing trajectory,the life of wire saws and other aspects when diamond wire saw is mining stones.But few scholars have done research on the wire saw deflection angle formed by wire saw excessive bending which affects wire life and surface shape accuracy of deformed plate.In addition,many domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on the problems in mechanical equipment problems of the CNC diamond wire saw machine,but there has been no research on the real-time measurement and adjustment of the wire saw deflection angle.Therefore,the dynamic measuring methodology of wire saw deflection angle is proposed.The physical equipment is built to measure the dynamic wire saw deflection angle.In the experiments,wire saw tension is calibrated and the force of guide wheel is analyzed.When wire saw is working,voltage values of X and Y are output and recorded to calculate dynamic wire saw deflection angle through the axis force.The PLC is used to write programs to achieve the automatic adjustment of the angle by simulation debugging.Then the final adjustment dynamic wire saw deflection angle is displayed through the display module to verify the experiments correct.Experimental results show that:(1)When the initial tension force is constant,wire saw tension increases with the increasing of the wire saw deflection angle,and the increasing trend is basically the same under the different initial tensions.(2)By turning the hand wheel which adjusts wire saw tension back to ensure the wire saw tension constant.The number of the hand wheel turning in inverse direction increases linearly with the increasing of the wire saw deflection angle,when it is used to calibrate wire saw tension.Using the voltage values to calibrate initial tension when the wire saw deflection angle is 0 °,the voltage values show a linear change with the increase of wire saw tension.The voltage is output by the axis force sensor installed in the tension wheel.Using the voltage values to calibrate constant tension,with the angle increases,the voltage values tends to be stable.(3)When the linear velocity of the wire saw is 0.21m/s,the accurate dynamic force signal can be collected.(4)There is a stable multiple relationship between the calculated value and the measured value,which is about 1.245,and with the increase of the tension,the calculated angle is closer to the true value.(5)The PLC programming can be used to calculate and adjust the angle of the wire saw deflection angle,and the accuracy of the program can be verified by the display of the final adjustment angle.
