With the crisis of underground water resources reflects,as well as dewatering surrounding deep excavation of subway station impacts on the urban environment intensifies,Underground continuous wall got more and more applications in the deep excavation.But the current level of construction technology water-blocking effect is difficult to achieve the ideal state,which directly affects the security of foundation pit and the application of underground continuous wall in deep excavation.This paper systematically studied and elaborated the construction process of Underground continuous wall at deep excavation,combined with the continuous wall construction of Xiyuan station in Beijing Subway Line 16 construction technology study and improvements,intended to fulfill the underground continuous wall water-blocking characteristic,promote applications of underground continuous wall in deep foundation pit engineering.Through the study,this paper concluded a suitable mothed in Trenching equipment selection,trenching,sediment treatment,trench stabilization and the joint cleanup for complex formation in deep foundation pit underground continuous wall,it can effectively guide the construction site and ensure the underground continuous wall construction quality and water-blocking effect.Since deep foundation pit underground continuous wall takes a long time to trench excavation and process steel cage,steel cage hoisting difficult,and needing a large amount of concrete,any problems arising in the process will cause a great impact on the final quality of the wall,and seriously affect the construction schedule.Thus,this paper also focuses on the convergence of various processes,construction efficiency sum up,improve,and achieved remarkable results.When the construction is completed,through the ultrasonic sampling to the 111 underground continuous walls,their wall integrity all reachs the class Ⅰ pile;In the process of pit excavation,no wall has invaded the boundaries,No joints has appeared significant leakage,no warning monitoring data has appeared during the Pit construction.The research results will promote the application of deep foundation pit underground continuous wall.
