With the rapid development of China’s urbanization,comprehensive development and utilization of city underground space has become the mainstream direction of the development of the city,while the deep foundation pit under different geological conditions of supporting design and construction are also increasingly prominent,and deep foundation pit construction process of water and sand gushing,pit collapse safety quality the accident cases have occurred,according to the construction safety and quality problems of deep foundation pit,how to use the design and construction scheme appropriate to reduce the safety and quality problems in deep foundation pit construction has become an important problem to be solved.Deep foundation pit engineering in Nanchang Metro Line 2 construction 4 contract section two stops and a shaft on the basis of analysis of deep underground continuous wall design theory and stability analysis,field monitoring data of main structure deformation of high form work during the construction of underground continuous wall foundation pit water gushing,double round milling machine construction dynamic analysis and rock breaking methods,research results are as follows:(1)Through literature review,summarizes the research results on the stability of excavation of underground continuous wall wall at home and abroad,the numerical analysis and field monitoring factors,during the construction of underground continuous wall test,engineering design and other relevant theories and the current situation of the development of.(2)Deep excavation in Nanchang Metro Line 2 construction 4 contract section two stops and a shaft on the basis of data monitoring deformation of main structure of high form work construction process,especially underground continuous wall foundation pit water gushing emergency treatment,and the construction site of the monitoring and measurement to guide the construction of reasonable effective smoothly.(3)Analysis and Research on the dynamic analysis of the mechanical construction of the double milling machine,broken rock and milling cutter broken rock soil process,reasonable selection of mechanical equipment,speed up the construction progress,and effectively reduce the cost of the project.(4)Summary of the research situations of Nanchang Metro Line 2 subway station deep excavation of underground diaphragm wall structure characters,the hope for the monitor of underground continuous wall,to provide some experience for similar engineering design and construction.The main contents of the research is based on the construction site,to put forward the corresponding technical measures on construction practice combined with each other to solve the problem of the construction,to provide some construction experience for future design and construction of deep foundation pit of underground continuous wall of similar engineering geology.
