Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,Carrier pile has been widely used in our country.Carrier pile is researched and developed on the basis of Sunken tube expanding bottom pile and expanding bottom pile,traditionally,most of the bearing capacity of the soil under pile endpoint couldn’t be fully utilized,and the bearing capacity provided by the pile endpoint soil is often low in the relationship between pile and soil.There is the carrier in carrier pile,which bearing from the pile stress and capacity for the bottom of the undisturbed soil,the stress on side of pile can be spread and reduced through carrier step by step,ultimate bearing capacity of carrier can be achieved equal with bearing capacity of soil outside of carrier.In this way,the carrier structure can make full use of the bearing capacity of the soil under pile endpoint,and bearing capacity of pile foundation is greatly improved.Carrier pile take soil layer with a certain thickness and high bearing capacity as supporting layer,tamping packing of pile end and expanding it into a bottom-enlarged head and taking the soil under pile endpoint as the analysis object,which changes the previous method of foundation treatment.Carrier pile is a new pile-structural,it is a new kind of construction methods of pile foundation.Carrier pile using building solid waste as packing,it has important significance to absorb the solid waste in construction site and develop green construction.This topic is researched based on carrier pile being applied to beam pedestal base in beam factory in the process of construction of the Xuancheng segment of Shang-He-Hang high speed railway(Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou).General development situation and technical characteristics of carrier pile are analyzed,engineering application status and research status of carrier pile are summarized and introduced,mechanism of bottom-enlarged head is comprehensively discussed,mechanical characteristics and bearing mechanism are analyzed,including load transfer law,failure mode,calculation and analysis of settlement,etc.according to engineering practice,construction method and technological process of carrier pile and beam pedestal base has carried on the detailed introduction,construction quality control points and precautions are expound.Carrier pile in this project is simulated by ABAQUS software,interaction relationship between pile and soil is analyzed,finite element calculation results are analyzed,the results of the analysis proved the load-bearing characteristics of carrier pile.Compare calculation results according to the finite element analysis and the design procedures of carrier pile and the results of design procedures of carrier pile was demonstrated a little less.
