| When a tiltrotator is mounted on the excavator such that the bucket of excavator can not only move in the plane of the excavator working device,but also deviate from the plane.However,this generated additional bending moment and torque,and what was more,the traditional design method,which is used to design the excavator working device without considering the tiltrotator,based on the condition that the bucket moved in the plane(in two dimensions)of the working device is no longer suitable for the excavator with tiltrotator.In order to solve this problem,every effort had been made,from the excavator working device mathematical modeling,spatial analysis of working device,digging force calculation to the work device of the finite element analysis,to get a set of design and analysis method,which compatible with tiltrotator and not add tiltrotator of excavator working device.(1)On the part of mathematical modeling of the excavator working equipment,the original connecting rod coordinate method is optimized,and put forward the connecting rod homogeneous coordinate method,using this method to the working device of excavator with tiltrotator,and the maximum range of digging has been established.(2)On the part of the spatial mechanics analysis of the working device,according to the equilibrium equations of spatial(in three dimensions)force system and matrix theory,linkage groups of excavator working device with tiltrotator have been decomposed and analyzed with the spatial static load.Through theoretical derivation,a suitable calculation method and a calculation process,which can be applied to the analysis of the spatial force,are obtained to solve the problem of the force analysis of the different parts of the excavator attachment with tiltrotator.(3)On the part of the calculation of the digging force,considering the change of the constraints when a tiltrotator has been added to an excavator,the calculation of theoretical digging force of the whole machine with tiltrotator has been considered the conditions of the lock pressure of tiltrotator.(4)On the part of the finite element analysis of working device,through the three parts of preparation,the load of working device in any condition can be calculated,then considering the load combination of lateral load and unbalance load in different directions,the effect of three work modes of excavator working device was carried out for the finite element analysis of three typical dangerous working conditions.By comparing,the working device of excavator without tiltrotator,the working device of excavator with tiltrotator but does not consider the motion of the tiltrotator,the working device of excavator with tiltrotator to consider the motion of the tiltrotator,the results of stress analysis of these three operation modes in the dangerous working condition,it is concluded that the largest stress of working device is the third operation mode.In this paper,the research results can provide the theoretical guidance of the design of working device,which belong to the excavator with tiltrotator.You can also evaluate the performance of digging when an excavator mounted a tiltrotator.The results of stress analysis can provide advice to users,in order to protect the excavator working device against damaged. |
