With the development of our country "The Belt and Road" construction,and the rapid development of high speed traffic,the investment in various infrastructure construction is increasing.Excavator as an indispensable construction machinery in the new era of national infrastructure,its superior performance and product reliability are crucial.In the whole excavator system,the working device is the main actuator,the performance and the strength of the structure will directly determine the efficiency and service life.Due to the complexity of the actual digging objects and environment,the digging resistance has been a difficult factor to determine during working.It also plays a vital role in the performance analysis and strength analysis of excavators.In addition,due to the driver’s work habits and the complexity of the work environment,the track is also difficult to determine.In the paper,a new calculation method for the digging resistance is adopted,namely the extreme digging force.When considering the influence of resistance torque,do performance Analysis of Hydraulic Excavator Based on synthesis digging method.In addition,due to the synchronism of digging resistance and stress changes.Select the attitude corresponding to the maximum digging resistance on the synthesis digging trajectory,do strength analysis based on new and old digging models to prove the safety and reliability of the extreme digging force model.The contents of this study have some reference significance for the design and research of domestic hydraulic excavators.The contents of this paper has the following aspects:(1)Analysis the characteristics of the excavator,and establish the mechanical model and mathematical model of the excavator.On the basis of the resistance moment,a new model for solving the extreme digging force is established.It provides theoretical basis for performance analysis and structural strength.(2)Through experimental tests,can get coefficients of normal force and coefficients of resistance moment,by calculate theoretical tangential resistance,resistance torque and normal resistance.By comparing the relationship between the resistance and the stress at the measured point,can get the posture angles for strength analysis.(3)Based on the actual measured dig trajectory,a combination of bucket digging and bucket digging was adopted.By analyzing the maximum digging force,average digging force on each track,and draw digging force diagrams and limit factor maps,do performance analysis to excavator conveniently.Another,comparing the resistance values of actual excavation trajectories,the rationality of synthesis digging methods is proved.(4)In practical tests,there is a synchronous change in the resistance and the stress at the measured point.Select the attitude angles corresponding to the five points of maximum resistance on the synthesis trajectory.Based on the extreme digging force and the traditional digging force,the strength of the working device was analyzed and the reliability of the extreme digging force was also proved.
