Suspension and guidance system is the core system of Maglev train,suspension and guidance control need an effective and reliable monitoring system to support.This monitoring system is in the process of commissioning the when the maglev train run,on the one hand,the suspen sion and guidance will be uploaded data within the system to the computer,on the other hand need to be under the the parameters for control sent to the suspension and guidance controller.In the background of " The Twelfth Five-Year Guideline " National T echnology Support Pro gram key projects "high-speed Maglev Transportation Engineering Integrated System",the article research on train and remote monitoring technology for suspension and guidance system.Achieve on-site and off-site monitoring and effective control of the maglev train and guiding systems.Therefore,research of the monitoring system has important application value.The main research work includes:1.Proposed v ehicle monitoring system based on Ethern et.Based on Maglev platform architecture and the characteristics and features of the suspension and guidance system data to determine the levitation and guidance control network stucture,analyze network of the data transmission system structure,discuss the key technologies involved in system implementation.Suspension and guidance controller via CAN bus to connect,Design of CAN/Ethernet converter module make CAN bus access to Ethernet,via an Ethernet connection to the monitor computer,and communicate with the suspension and guidance controller.2.Designed a acquisition system based on 485 bus.According to the suspension and guidance control system real-time requirements,the controller sends a signal of each control cycle to 485/Ethernet converter module by 485 bus,displayed the real-time data on the computer.3.Designed a r emote monitoring system of suspension and g uidance control system.research working principle and N etworking of remote moni toring system based on train monitoring system,design hardware and software.developed a remote monitoring systemwhich meet the needs of debugging.This design of monitoring system for Suspension and guidance system has been applied to the high-speed maglev line of Tongji University in Shanghai,Changsha low speed maglev train line and Tang shan low speed maglev train line,the application indicates that the system meets the technical requirements.
