Modern society has four major forms of transportation,namely,road transportation,rail transport,water transport and air transportation.Although the mainstream mode of transportation,but with the rapid development of modern society,the industrial structure upgrading,social development as a result of the existing mode of transport and the speed of social development does not match the output capacity to quickly and effectively.There is a new mode of transportation,supplement and perfect the existing mode of transportation,it not only conforms to the standard of energy saving and environmental protection,but also has many advantages over other modes of transport do not have,this mode of transport for hydraulic capsule pipeline,this new transport technology has a broad prospect.This paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51109155 and 51179116),the research method of theoretical analysis and mathematical method,is mainly for the factors affect the total cost of the capsule pipeline were analyzed.The specific factors affect the total cost of the capsule pipeline of pipeline,get the best single bag pipe the diameter and shell size by combining mathematical expressions between the two methods,pipeline pumping stations and multistage pipeline length capsule and the diameter of the pipe,and then draw the pipe between the best bag pipe diameter and two pumping stations from the specific numerical length.1.In this paper,the difference between the single-stage capsule and the multistage capsule is that the single stage capsule pipeline is suitable for the transportation distance,and it needs only a pumping station to provide power to meet the demand.But the multistage capsule pipeline is suitable for the transportation distance to be far,a pump sometimes cannot satisfy the demand,needs many continuous pumping stations to provide the power.2.The design procedure of a single stage capsule duct is focused on a cyst in the optimum neutral buoyancy state,which establishes the relevant expression by force balance.3.The cost components of a single level capsule pipeline are capital costs(pipes,sacs,pumping stations,pump houses,entrance and exit mechanisms of the capsule)and recurrent costs(i.e.,operator salaries and energy costs).The cost of the pump house,the cost of the entrance and exit of the capsule,and the wages of the operator are not affected by the transport rate of the goods.They can be considered as fixed costs.Because fixed costs are not changed,they are not entered into the minimization process and therefore are not included in the cost equation.4.Single capsule pipeline,put forward the concept of the characteristic length,the bag body pipeline,bag body with one continuous transport to another bag a bag body together with the length of the bag body and close to the distance,called characteristic length.The characteristic length is proposed to better study the motion state of a cyst in a pipe.This state is infinite cyclic in the pipe.5.A single degree of freedom geometric programming problem can be formulated if there is a constant coefficient of friction in the design of single stage capsule duct transportation.With the given input parameters,we can get the expressions of the discharge of the carrier fluid,the diameter of the pipeline,the size of the capsule,the velocity of the capsule,the lift and cost of the pump.6.The design procedure of multistage capsule piping focuses on the determination of the distance between the pipe diameter and the two pumping stations in a given power condition,so that the total cost is minimal.7.The total cost of a multistage bladder channel consists of the pump energy cost,the cost of the pipeline,and the sum of the cost of the capsule.The key point is to establish the expression of each cost,and then obtain the expression of the total cost.Based on the minimum cost principle,combining the mathematical method to get the best diameter of the capsule pipe.The research achievements of the new technology of water transportation can be regarded as a valuable reference.The invention can promote the development of the technique of the water transportation of the capsule body,and can make the technique have more practical application.More importantly,it provides a steady stream of theoretical data for the subsequent research of the hydraulic transportation technology.
