The satellite antenna is mainly equipped on the satellite,and it is the main component for implementing the communication function.With the development of space science and technology,people have been put forward higher requirements in the field of communication,military,observation and other applications.In order to meet the requirement,large scale satellite antenna with high bandwidth,high gain,easy receiving has become the trend of satellite antenna development.At the same time,the satellite antenna must also possess the deployable characteristic due to the special requirement about the space and the quality,so that it further increases the complexity of the satellite antenna.The structure of the satellite antenna is varied.There are many forms of motion friction pairs in the system,including sleeve friction pairs,bearing friction pairs,piston pin friction pairs and wheel shaft friction pairs.The various friction pairs cooperate with each other to complete the expansion,folding,steering and other movements of the satellite antenna.The friction and lubrication performance of these friction pairs not only directly determines the working performance of the satellite antenna,but also affects the reliability and working life of the satellite antenna.Besides,Space environmental factors such as cosmic garbage,large range of temperature change,solar wind and space radiation can make the motion characteristics of the mechanism different.In particular,the friction and lubrication characteristics of various types of friction pairs may be quite different in extreme environments.In this paper,the friction and lubrication characteristics of the key friction pairs in the space-borne mechanism are studied.The main work is as follows:1)The working environment and main influence factors about the space-borne mechanism analysis.A brief introduction is made about the different space-borne mechanism.It described respectively the classification structure form and the advantages and disadvantages of the plate reflector antenna,the mesh reflector antenna and the thin film reflector antenna.We analysis the characteristics of space environment and analysis the influence of different space environment characteristics on the generation of satellite antenna.We analysis the effects of different parameters on the motion characteristics of the space-borne mechanism on the basis of adhesive friction theory and boundary lubrication theory.The analysis result shows that the main influencing factors are the material parameters,the dimension parameters,the fit parameters,the lubrication parameters and the temperature parameters.2)It establishes the friction coefficient calculation model for satellite antenna mechanism.According to the working environment of the space-borne mechanism,we analysis the characteristics of space lubrication and the properties of the space tribology,and introduce the related theory of boundary lubrication.For the key friction pairs of the satellite antenna mechanism,this article introduces the theory of adhesion friction and plough.The friction coefficient is the most important parameter in the movement process of the key friction pairs of the satellite antenna mechanism.Through the analysis method of stochastic plane model and the "pebble" model,a general calculation model of friction coefficient was established.We calculated the friction coefficient about some common material thought the model of friction coefficient,and then we analyzed the calculation results.The results were interpreted by using the theory of adhesive friction,and the reliability of the calculation model was verified by experimental data.3)Effect of main parameters on the friction and lubrication properties of the key friction pairs.Through the coupling analysis module of Ansys Workbench,the influence of different parameters on the friction and lubrication properties of the key friction pairs is studied deeply,and the theoretical model of thermal structure coupling analysis is established.According to the specific working conditions and the use of requirements,the solid model and material model of the key friction pairs are established by considering the main parameters;The specific process of coupling simulation is introduced,including the establishment of coupling analysis module,the setting of contact,the simulation process control and the selection of key parameters are explained in detail;The simulation results are analyzed,and the response of the main parameters to the friction characteristic is defined;For the particularity of the space environment,the advantages of solid lubrication are explained,and the numerical simulation results are analyzed.The influence of the lubrication parameters on the lubrication properties of the key friction pairs is explained.
