Because of the particularity of its structure,the influence factors of the stability of CWR track are diversity and randomness,The randomness of the factors makes the stability of the jointless track can not be guaranteed by a single safety index,But in the actual line work,the control index is usually used to make the temperature rise,Neither accurately segment the stability of the line,nor provide quantitative guidance for the stability of the work.Based on this,this paper presents an analysis method for the stability of the actual CWR line by the reliability theory,The main contents are as follows.(1)Based on the summary of the current situation of the research on the stability of CWR track,the paper points out the problems existing in the engineering practice and analysis of reliability index to judge jointless-track's stability and necessity.(2)Surveyed and collected the statistical types and distribution characteristics of the influence parameters,through the field test method to determine the statistical parameters of different form surface under the lateral ballast resistance,the paper builds a database profile parameters and the resistance of ballast for the inverse reliability analysis.(3)Established on the basis of the model to calculate the reliability of CWR..Through engineering analogy method to reliability index is divided into four standard level,finally,the interface operation of reliability calculation is realized by MatlabGUI.(4)According to the GUI program,the reliability index of the parameters of the stability of the CWR under different working conditions is calculated.analyzed the influence law of parameter changes on reliability.(5)Using the inverse reliability theory to calculate the value of each parameter to meet the safety grade requirements,combined with synthetic examples,the reliability evaluation method of CWR stability is established.
