The current railway is developing rapidly, the high speed and heavy load transportation mode has become the main transportation characteristics of the line from Beijing to Baotou, keep on the structure and state rail line good is necessary to meet the needs of high speed and heavy load. In our country, the main trunk of railway transportation are busy, transportation capacity is close to saturation, traffic still needs to have larger increase year by year to meet the need of economic development. Seamless track as an important infrastructure of modernization of railway transportation, the research of its stability has an important significance for the railway transportation..Take Bao Xi railway channel BSSG-1 section of track engineering design as an example, firstly, lay tool rail and then lay seamless rail; long rail use hot new rail,it has 100 m and weight 60kg/m, the material is U75 V, the rail is welding into long rail using flash welding in welded rail factory, then transported to the site. Using contact welding weld them into design unit rail section in the scene length, then lock into a seamless line.There is a direct relationship between rail temperature stress of seamless line and the track temperature, so the selection of locked rail temperature must be correct and reasonable when we locked rail, to ensure the CWR rail is not broken in winter and does not track swelling endanger traffic safety in summer. In terms of Inner Mongolia region, the maximum rail temperature is 62.2℃, the lowest rail temperature is minus 22℃, middle rail temperature is 19.9℃. According to the strength and stability of the seamless line we can calculate that the Inner Mongolia area the best locked rail temperature is 24℃, the locked rail temperature actually allow is 19℃ to 29℃.According to the relevant departments to statistics, compared with the normal line, seamless lines will save at least 15% of the repair costs, extend the service life of the rail of 25%. From the aspects of labor saving and the extension of equipment life, compared with ordinary lines, seamless line can save at least 30% to 70% repair costs. Seamless line replacement fast, its maintenance and repair measures also needs improvement and development step by step.Seamless line is so important to our country. Seamless line is the main direction of the development of Chinese railway, not only improve the line strength and stability, but also optimizate the traffic conditions, more convenient to maintenance and repair, Due to the formation time of seamless rail is short in our country, there are still many problems waiting for experts to solve.This article first introduces the basic principle of seamless line, then introduces the main technology and key points of laying seamless track and construction process should pay attention to, and on the basis of seamless track maintenance process and the basic considerations is given, provides theory basis of the construction and maintenance for seamless line.
