With the high-speed rail era coming,the high-speed railway technology develops rapidly.Therefore the trains run more and more fast.All kinds of test methods and simulation technologies come into being,how to make the test and simulation of the train system more safe,accurate and efficient is a hot topic to many experts and scholars.Therefore,in this paper,the hardware in the loop technology is introduced into the test of vehicle suspension.The running stability is the focus of the study.In order to ensure the running stability of the train,the lateral dampers play an extremely important role.So the main idea of this paper is to establish the lateral damper hardware in the loop test system,and the influence of semi active control strategy on stationarity is compared.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A new type of MR damper is used as the core part of the semiactive suspension system,and its performance is tested.The curves of velocity-damping force and displacement-damping force are obtained.(2)The HILS of magnetorheological damper is built,and use it to research the response of the MR damper to the system performance.The method can simulate more real operating test,and the results are closer to reality.The system mainly includes: real time simulation system,MR damper,servo electric cylinder,force sensor and so on.(3)Verification of test system.According to the mechanical property curves of the MR damper,the damping characteristics of the MR damper in the low speed range of passive control are fitted to linear.The passive damping coefficient is obtained by the least square method.Then run the vehicle model in the simulink,and compare the simulation results of the lateral acceleration of the vehicle body with the test value.The accuracy of the system is verified.(4)Semi-active control simulation test.The semi-active control test of MR damper is carried out by using the hardware in the loop test system.The influence of semi active control strategy such as passive control type,switching type andcontinuous type on the body acceleration is compared and analysed.And propose a kind of control strategy of acceleration continuous.The test results show that the new semi-active control strategy is the best.In this paper,the hardware in the loop test system of vehicle suspension system built and the new semi-active control strategy proposed provide theoretical and technical support for the safe and smooth operation of railway vehicles.
