Study On The Comprehensive Development And Utilization Of Urban Rail Transit Station

As urban rail transit,the rise of emerging relies on its own with efficient,convenient carrying force intensive rail network,the advantages of the independent running routes,can effectively alleviate the city’s traffic congestion problem,which cause by the city’s bigger area,poor bus carrying force,private car ownership.Considering the construction of the rail traffic construction investment is huge,and a large number of passenger flow path sites can create more business value to balance the upfront investment,and the reasonable area of the rail transit construction can enhance the overall image of the area.Therefore,during the construction of rail transit,the integrated planning site area should be synchronized,and the integrated development and utilization of the site area and surrounding land should be promoted.In view of the current domestic urban comprehensive exploitation and utilization in rail transit site area is lack of the early stage of the design,poor integrity and single building composite technique of a single.In this paper,through a large number of cases’ analysis and contrast,summarizes the stages of reasonable and complete design method of site area comprehensive development and utilization,so as to promote the development of the overall project,changing urban areas and promoting the progress of urban business card in a region.This article about the design of comprehensive development and utilization of urban rail transit site area,based on the perspective of the whole,through the strategy,design two aspects respectively in this paper,to show the design methods for comprehensive exploitation and utilization of site area.In the policy aspect,the problem of pre-development of site area development is determined by comparing data collection and case analysis.Design research through the strategy,so as to determine the basic form and size of the comprehensive development and utilization of site area,etc.,to provide early period of accurate basis for the next step in the specific design level.The design level is divided into two parts,and the design method of comprehensive development and utilization of site area is expounded from two aspects,including urban design and architectural design.Urban design level,mainly from the site area and the surrounding areas of interaction,the function of regional integration,regional design,and the basis of regional environmental symbiotic design in this paper,the design method.Architectural design level is from single building internal and external traffic design,functional design,middle area design and security to lead to design research,this paper discusses from the site area of the whole process of the design of the architectural design,planning and implementation area of site updates and city development.Through the study of this article discusses,in combination with China’s national conditions,put forward several integrity of design points about the design of the site area comprehensive development and utilization,for our country’s rail transit site area comprehensive development and utilization to provide enlightenment.
