In recent years,the throughput of container terminal has maintained sustained growth,from the perspective of the development of world's top ten major container port its growth potential is still large.With the increasing workload of loading and unloading,container terminal for higher service level and resource utilization of wharf,give full play to the terminal operation ability.In addition,with the rapid development of container ports and human resources costs rise,transformation and upgrading in the direction of automation,high-speeding is inevitable trend in the development of container terminals.Therefore,in the absence of actual system,using system simulation for a new automated terminal handling technology of the important parameters in conceptual systems analysis is important for the design and implementation of its future.This article first reviewed the automated container terminal handling technologies and new techniques,port layout of the related research dynamic,and then introduced the elevated rail type of container terminal handling technology,horizontal transportation process system and the performance of the container terminal system of evaluation index.On this basis according to the characteristics of the elevated rail type container terminal system,according to the simulation target,to corresponding abstract and simplify the model and analyzes the process of the system,and then with the help of Plant Simulation container terminal system Simulation model is set up.In this paper,the simulation model for the calibration,through the analysis of calibration test results,can think of the performance simulation model is stable and input the related parameters and operation results,the simulation model was established.In this paper,application of Plant Simulation modeling,Simulation of elevated rail type automatic container terminal and automated rail gantry crane operational performance of container terminals in the contrast,and further studies the elevated to the car speed,the influence of the amount of homework evaluation index after quantitative conclusions.Experiments show that: the new system of service level indicators are superior to automated rail gantry crane container terminal,but can increase the utilization rate of terminal yard.Elevated to the car number is small,which affect the main bottleneck of the service level and resource utilization is elevated to the number of cars.When the car number reaches a certain level,then increase the car number of port service level and resource utilization index effect is not obvious.When the car number reaches a certain level,the car speeds across the bridge loading and unloading efficiency indicators such as impact is not obvious.Provide certain reference significance for terminal operations.New system performance through experiments,and provide a reference for practical system is completed,to make the right decisions.
