| In recent years,the state promote the construction of strong smart grid,it will be higher request to the development of China’s power industry,It’s a trend that the construction of strong smart grid,intelligent substation.As an important measurement equipment of the intelligent substation,electronic transformer has been gradually replacing traditional transformer,because of its superior performance,become popular all over the world.But in the practical application,the problem of the integrator and the electromagnetic compatibility has always been the important factors which restrict the development of the electronic transformer,which is a hotspot in the research of the electronic transformer.In this article,we try to solve the two problems.Rogowski Coil became popular,because of its small volume,light weight and low cost.Firstly,I introduce the measuring principle,and introduce a kind of PCB Rogowski coil.In this paper,we introduce a kind of digital integrator which amplitude frequency and phase frequency characteristics is better,and I use the simulation to prove its superiority.At the same time,I also introduce the software design of digital integrator,and use the Modelsim SE software to test the function.Finally I use the experiment to verify my point.To solve the electromagnetic interference problem,in this article I analysis the electromagnetic compatibility features of the electronic transformer acquisition unit.In order to improve the EMC characteristics,I use the four layer board layout replace the two,redesign the PCB,also introduce two kinds of shielding box to reduce the electromagnetic radiation harassment of acquisition boards,improve the performance of its resistance to electromagnetic interference.For the power network and shielding case,I use the software HFSS to simulation analysis,chose the best design of the wiring of acquisition boards and shielding case.Finally I use the experiment to verify that the redesigned electronic transformer performance better in the EMC test,So in this paper,all my improvements of electromagnetic compatibility of the acquisition unit has obvious effect.The electromagnetic compatibility of the electronic instrument transformer has improved obviously. |
