Traditional electromagnetic transformers are backward with the digitalization and automation trends of power system. Then electronic transformers were invented, which became indispensable facilities, and researches in this area are developing. The performance of analog integrator of an electronic transformer based on Rogowski coil has already limited the precision and stabilization of the transformer, which makes researches in digital integrators a hot issue. This paper just discusses about the digital integrator, proposes a new scheme for the algorithm of it, and realizes digital integrator design in both hardware and software.The current sensor of an electronic transformer based on Rogowski coil is also the coil. This paper gives brief explanations in its measuring principle and the reasons why the digital integrator exists. Then PCB Rogowski coil design is introduced so as to improve the precision of the electronic transformer. To lay a theory foundation for the digital integrator, the paper also introduces the bilinear transformation method. In hardware design it includes designs of amplifier circuit, filter circuit and peripheral circuits like ADS8325 and EPM1270.In software part, this paper does some researches in the algorithm, testing its correctness and precision by calculation and simulation. Then the programming of the digital integrator is introduced in detail and tested.By the tests and analysis, it is proved that the digital integrator designed in this paper performs much better than the traditional analog integrators.At last, this paper concludes the research and anticipates the prospects of it.
