| Along with the renovation project of the power equipment,the ratio of the number of approach or exceed the critical limit is still high,especially high-voltage power distribution equipment.including high-voltage circuit breaker.ne practice of running high voltage circuit breaker important components affecting the reliability of its work is the pillar of porcelain insulators,its mechanical strength is the emphasis must be checked.Breaker and high voltage switch to cause the failure rate due to breakage of the insulator is still very high,accompanied by aging insulators scrapped probability increases.Practice has proved that the most cases,the main reason for the damage of it is that the basic process of the pieces of porcelain production,or by changing the temperature and the switching operation of the fatigue damage.The insulator destruction lead to user power outages and accidents.Of many grid enterprises and power stations want tot prevent such destruction by effective methods to identify external and internal defects in its main reason.To this end,the State Grid Corporation has been awarded “72.5kV and above voltage 1evel post insulators supervision requirements”.Implementation of these provisions,a significant impetus to the technical state of the power companies to take timely measures and means to diagnose insulator.Based on the breaker with isolation switches as the research object,the backbone of the insulator to the electric power research institute of metal research institute of Inner Mongolia in the various types of laboratory equipment as the backing,comparing all kinds of traditional test method of post insulator,to seek a rapid,accurate,safe and can live working method.By means of acoustic vibration testing method to test for the vibration calculation by finite element software ALGOR,simulate all kinds of flaws of the corresponding amount,view the corresponding module to read the change of information,verify the feasibility of the method in theory.And in this paper,it discusses the feasibility of the actual on frequency measurement of post insulator through laboratory experiment and 110 KV and 220 KV substation.First of all,the thesis introduces the detection mechanism of insulator and defect management method from the perspective of the structure principle of post insulator.Then it introduces the principle of effective detection methods and their respective,and determine the acoustic vibration detection method used by this article;To the specific application of acoustic vibration detection methods for specific experimental operation,the paper and the specific principle of acoustic vibration testing theory is analyzed;Then,the paper introduces the basic principle of acoustic vibration detection method,and probes into the methods involved in the specific theory is derived.Next,the application of the theory of acoustic vibration detection in setting in advance the actual defect fault insulator for laboratory verification.Finally,in order to validate the feasibility of the theory and method,modal experiment was carried out at the scene of the substation respectively,and verified the feasibility of theory method. |
