Research On Landscape Architecture Design Of SHOUGANG Industrial Achivement Park

With the rapid urban economic development,increasing rural population continue to migrate into cities,resulting in the larger demand for urban land due to increasing population,and thus the shortage ofeffective construction land.In the urban growth,the developers will seek for more available construction land,which makes it necessary to pay attention toindustrial wasteland.Regardless of transformation modes,the discarded settlements of urban industrial production & living,significant non-replicableor non-reproducible post-industrial heritages,often witness the industrial and economic development history or urban historical course of a city and areaand represents an epoch-making mark.In combination with actual conditions of Shougang Industrial Park,this paperattempts to propose the particularity of industrial achievement to show park innovation in post-industrial landscape design,and summarize the innovation strategies suitable for the transformation of industrial plant space into landscape industry achievement display purposes.This Project is for transformation of indoor production lines into outdoors landscape industry achievement display production line,which is rare in landscape design of post-industrial plant space.It is the primary issue in the design to solve a series problems incurred of space shift.During the research,the Author mines the industrial cultural cognition specific to this Plot,rearrange technological operation space and reinvest the landscape space with new function and meaning,striving to utilize the ecological strategy of storm-water management and conduct landscape space research and ecological energy-conservation innovation on Shougang Industry Achievement Display Park.In line with the objective to revitalize this Area,they transform this industrial site into a sustainable urban complex,a dynamic talent-clustered office environment,post-industrial cultural creative base and harmonious ecological demonstration zone.This paper mainly covers exploration & depiction on complex current situation of old factories,persistent deliberation of the possibility to preserve the industrial historical sites in 2nd Sectional Steel Plant and Achievement Park and reflection of the original historical value in the old industrial architecture.During design,in line with the economical principle,emphasize the ecological and sustained tenant,continuously deliberate the design approach at the levels of historical value reflection and spatial organizational form.After integrating the above research achievements,summarize the landscape design road suitable for old industrial renovation of Shougang.Finally,correctness of theory via design practise,and explore the feasibility and improvement room.
