Based On Construction Organization Design Of Optimization System Integration Study

With the high speed growth of electric power construction in recent years,the thermal power project construction has formed a huge market especially in our country.The integration and optimization of construction organization design can not only improve project management level rapidly but also increase project profitability.Project construction organization design is very important for the project management and the parties,especially for improving the engineering contractors' competitiveness in the construction market.Which has become an important topic in project construction and project managers face in order to make the thermal power construction project schedule,quality and efficient completion of operation of production.First,this topic system introduces the compiling principle of the construction organization design of the thermal power construction project,elaborates the content of the construction organization design of the thermal power project,and briefly describes the role of the construction organization design in the project implementation process.Secondly,this paper constructs the integrated optimization model of construction organization based on the construction cost,quality,progress and safety evaluation index design through combining with the actual characteristics of thermal power engineering construction project,and use multi-grey hierarchy decision model to optimize the construction scheme,which is in order to determine the optimal construction scheme. This paper introduces the typical case of the construction organization design optimization of the 3-phase 2 × 1 000 MW supercritical coal-fired power generation unit in Anhui Huainan Damage enclosing dike power plant,which is managed by the author,and uses the construction organization design integrated optimization model to optimize the project,and select the optimal construction scheme suitable for the project through the decision model.Besides,in order to strengthen the construction safety and organizational management,strengthen the timeliness of management,improve the efficiency of management,innovative management ideas and means,this paper apply the information technology and management software of internet plus,4g mobile communication to the construction organization design.And expounds the safety management support system to optimize the construction organization design,and obtains the better practice method.The author tries to extract the common content in the project construction through the optimization study of the construction organization design so as to draw lessons from the implementation of other similar types or other types of projects and boost the construction and management of the domestic energy industry.Finally,this paper summarizes the difficulties and highlights of the research on the optimization of construction organization design.The application of 3D digital modeling technology to build digital power plant based on the construction of structural design optimization to further study,and then put forward ideas on the optimization of construction organization design.
