Research On Expressway Construction Organization Design

Expressway construction is a very complicated system engineering. As the core of the engineering construction management, the task of the construction organization design is to aiming at the characteristics of the expressway, through scientific overall arrangement and systematic management, develop the most reasonable construction organization method, so as to make the expressway according to objective technical and economic rule to gain a scientific and reasonable arrangement and finally obtain a relatively optimal management effect in the whole construction process.At first, this paper reveals the purpose and significance of the research, puts forward the main research methods, expounds the concept and function of the expressway construction organization design working-out as well as the construction organization and design basis and principle, systematically summarizes the main content of expressway construction organization and design working-out, analyzes the expressway construction organization design optimization problem which mainly includes the concept, purpose and method of optimization. The working-out method of construction organization design is practically applied to a contract section of the Binde expressway in Shandong province. In this paper, the main research conclusions are as follows:1.The expressway construction organization design working-out should be combined with elements as expressway engineering practice,construction personnel, mechanical equipment, capital, etc. when prepared. Adjust measures to local conditions so as to gain actual effect. Be not machine-made to become a mere formality.2.The expressway construction organization design working-out is aimed at making full use of critical-path principle, and reasonable arrangement of resources. Improving efficiency and reducing cost should be as the objective under the precondition of ensuring time limit, quality, safety and the carrying-out of environmental objectives.3.A variety of methods should be adopted to support each other and complement each other in the expressway construction progress plan carrying-out. However, network planning should be the main the concept. By constantly adjusting the network plan, to determine the key circuits and constantly optimize fore-and-aft process and order beats, further to adjust the duration of the work on critical path, finally to achieve the purpose of optimizing the total duration.4.With the development and extensive application of computer technology, computer technology is used to draw graphics to express construction progress and site layout. Sophisticated computer software can be used in the calculation, drawing, and optimization of network plan. Making full use of the computer network technology, construction project management information system can be established between the project departments and the related sections so as to adjust project progress and other aspects in time. Therefore, in the process of expressway construction organization design, computer technology should be energetically promoted and applied to improve the quality and efficiency of construction organization design.
