With the vigorously promoting urbanization,large numbers of rural population transfer to urban which leads to urban road congestion,housing resources shortage,public support services difficult to meet demand and other issues,the emergence of these problems directly lead to a serious decline in the quality of life of urban people.Currently,though The rail transportation project vigorously built by all the cities in China is an effective tool to solve the above problems,a large number of rail transit construction is bound to cause a certain amount of waste of energy resources,environmental pollution and inconvenience of life along the residents.Ignoring the urban rail transit project management of green construction,urban rail transit project construction will inevitably lead to urban people’s quality of life decline,wasted resources and environmental pollution and other adverse effects.This is back to the beginning of the problem,and did not fundamentally solve the problem.And so,it is very important to do a good job in green construction management of urban rail transit project.This thesis takes the green construction evaluation of urban rail transit project as the breakthrough point,trying to use this as an important tool for green construction management,in order to help to avoid the development of urban rail transit project errors.Firstly,from the concept of the green construction of urban rail transit projects and green construction evaluation,the thesis made a brief discussion and clarified the object and principle of green construction evaluation of urban rail transit project.In addition,combined with the characteristics of urban rail transit project analysis of such projects in the construction of the easy-induced non-green factors,the thesis gives the usual control measures.On the basis of the above theoretical analysis,the PSR model was used to classify and identify the green construction evaluation indexes of urban rail transit projects.Finally,according to various indicators for detailed classification,the thesis constructed a dynamic evaluation index system including seven primary indexes and 27 secondary indexes.Secondly,the thesis regarded System engineering theory method as the main tool,and constructed a theoretical model for green construction evaluation of urban rail transit projects.The evaluation model as the weighting method of index system,improved the traditional AHP 1-9 scale scoring method by the three-scale scoring method,largely solve the multi-indicator empowerment difficulty to meet the consistency of the defects.Aiming at the gray and fuzziness in the green construction evaluation of urban rail transit projects,the evaluation method of green construction evaluation is given by gray clustering method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The model can well reflect the green degree of the construction process.At last,making connections between theory and practice,the thesis took the Qingdao Metro Line 1 as an example,applying the evaluation data to the urban rail transit project evaluation model,the evaluation results of the project are obtained finally.On this basis,the thesis combined with the actual situation analysis of the reasons for the evaluation results and gave urban rail transit projects to strengthen green construction measures.The feasibility and scientificity of the green construction evaluation index system and evaluation model of the above-mentioned urban rail transit project were demonstrated by the example,and the author provided a reference for the green construction management of other urban rail transit projects.
