Research On The Threshold Value Of Energy Consumption Statistics For Road Transport Vehicles

United Nations Conference on climate change in Copenhagen,2009,Chinese government announced that 2020 the per unit of GDP carbon dioxide emissions than 2005 decreased by 40%~45% to determine the target for the country in the long-term energy conservation and emission reduction work.Transportation is a major consumption of oil.Compared with the developed countries,energy efficiency of chinese transportation has a great gap."2006 IPCC guide" provides a variety of road transport fuel carbon emissions,by the statistics of various energy(fuel)consumption,you can calculate the road transportation carbon emissions,and provide a list of carbon emissions.Therefore,the transportation industry energy consumption monitoring and statistics is the basic and important support for the development of the carbon emission inventory of transportation industry.This thesis is supported by the Zhejiang provincial traffic science and technology project.In this thesis,by analyzing the comprehensive fuel consumption data of different vehicle types,and the variation law of the comprehensive fuel consumption with the bus length and the variation law of the quality of the truck"s comprehensive fuel consumption are obtained;Secondly,through the calculation of different regression analysis method to fit the law of R square value to analysis the reliability of the law of the fitting;Finally,to determine the characteristic length of bus,the standard consumption characteristics of quality goods,as a basis for fuel consumption threshold.Based on the influencing factors of automobile energy consumption and the characteristics of vehicle announcement fuel consumption data,this thesis establishes a method to determine the validity threshold of the bus energy consumption statistics by Delphy Fa;The distribute characteristics of standard fuel consumption of passenger cars in different characteristic lengths are studied to determine the effective threshold value of the actual fuel consumption of the bus.The distribution characteristics of the standard fuel consumption of the vehicle in different characteristic quality are studied to determine the distribute characteristics and the effective threshold value of the standard fuel consumption.The research results have been used in Zhejiang province(green transportation province),"the energy consumption statistics and monitoring platform",which has played a fundamental role in the data check of the energy consumption statistics of transport enterprises in the province.
