| With the continuous development of highway construction in our country,the asphalt concrete pavements face severe problems of the rapid growth of traffic,overloading and vehicle channelization,early damages occurs in many asphalt highway after construction soon.Because of the good performance in anti-rutting,anti-crack,durability and other aspects,in recent years,SMA(Stone Mastic Asphalt)pavement is broadly expanded in our country.The study is based of Yingshuang highway,combined with application and progress of domestic SMA pavement,introduces the concept of total quality management,presents quality control process of SMA pavement in Yingshuang highway: pre-construction control,construction control and post-construction control.Pre-construction quality control is studied through of quality control of construction technical program,setting of quality control points,training and management of construction personnel,quality control of materials,quality control of test sections;focus on the study of quality control points in construction,including construction progress control,construction quality control and safety,environmental controls;it introduces the methods of detection,inspection and assessment post-construction,analyses quality control in defection liability period and warranty stage.It takes a philosophy of comprehensive quality management in Yingshuang highway,comprehensive quality management is three-wide management of comprehensive,crew and the total process.The key points of quality control are set in pre-construction,and it implements dynamic management of construction quality in SMA pavement.Also it strengthens the quality control in construction,attaches importance to quality control of production,transportation,paving and rolling,and clearly proposes the common quality defects and the appropriate measures,which ensures SMA quality effectively,and achieves the target of comprehensive quality management in SMA pavement of Yingshuang highway. |
