| With the continuous improvement and extensive application of Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR)technology,in this paper,using the Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR)technology to detect the quality of highway tunnel.In the thesis,through testing tunnel disease over 17 tunnels in A section highway,to find number of diseases,to get much relevant useful information and accumulate a certain experience in non-destructive testing.But there are still a lot of problems,such as the accuracy of GPR and analysis of images obtained from the GPR,which have a certain impact on the accuracy of the detection.In This paper,using GPR to make the quality evaluation of 17 highway tunnels,testing content mainly include: concrete thickness,the distribution of the steel arch frame and the quantity,quality and at the beginning of second lining thickness,hole,etc.,and the corresponding analysis of the radar image characteristics,on this basis for detection of disease,corresponding treatment measures are given,finally make the quality evaluation of tunnel lining.We are hoping that the result can help the workers who engage in tunnel testing.Specifically for serious cavity water problem,doing the corresponding simulation test.Respectively within the cavity injection of 5 cm,to 10 cm,15 cm,and 20 cm of water,using Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR)SIR-3000 type,900 MHZ shielding antenna on the hole in the specimen water detection,with the corresponding software to deal with the data of radar oscillation figure,profound analysis was carried out about the oscillation figure,calculate the water depth,and calculate the water depth compared with the actual water depth,get the depth of the four empty water influence on precision of ground penetrating radar(GPR)to detect: when the water depth is 5 cm,detection effect is not ideal;When the water depth is 10 cm,the effect is more obvious,the quantitative analysis of the water depth is considered feasible. |
