| With the exploitation of the western areas, modern transport has developed rapidly. During China's the Eleventh Five-year, especially the recent years, the road mileage constructed have been several times more than that of the past. It's known that there are many mountains in western areas, therefore, the construction of the tunnels occupies a large proportion. However, in the process of tunnel construction, the quality is sometimes ignored because of the blind purist of the construction progress. Through the investigation in sites of many existing tunnels, it's found that there have been many engineering diseases that greatly affects the operation of the tunnels. Therefore, the controlling of the tunnel quality during the construction is especially important.Based on the engineering case of the Fuxikou tunnel, the paper studied on the controlling of the tunnel quality by using the Non-destructive Testing Technology. The results are shown as follows:â—Based on the tunnels'features, problems found in construction, my own experience, and the research findings, a quality control/detection System of Construction is established. And it's a totally new system.â—Several commonly used detection methods during the construction process of tunnel are discussed, including Geological Advanced Forecast, the Detecting Technology for the Tunnel Gauge, the Ultrasound rebound synthesis method, Geologic Radar Non-destructive Detection Technology, etc.. Among these methods, this paper focused on the Geologic Radar Non-destructive Detection Technology and the Ultrasound rebound synthesis method. In engineering test practice, the Ultrasound rebound synthesis method is used as the main method to test the concrete strength, but in the related Criterions, the revision of the rebound method is not perfect. Based on the problems found in practical test and the results of the comparative experiment, the method on the improvement of the revision of the rebound are finally obtained. Then the three basic points on the radar phase identification and the treatment on the removal and gaining of the background are described one by one. What's more, the normal flaws have been simulated in laboratory, so as to provide evidence for the practical testing.â—Several key methods mentioned-above are to be applied in the engineering cases. First, in order to determine the reinforcement measure and the construction method, we predict the condition of the surrounding rocks in front of the tunnel face through the vicinity and short-term geological advanced forecast. Then, the length of the rock bolt, the grouting fullness, the gauge of the primary support, support thickness and the back cavity is detected one by one. Finally, the strength, thickness and the back cavity of the secondary lining is detected by using the non-destructive testing technology.â—Since the normal flaws in the secondary lining are found by using the Geologic Radar Non-destructive Detection Technology, numerical simulation analysis are further conducted based on seven work complexions in order to provide a theoretical basis when determining the processing scheme. |
